Interesting that they use the word ‘prospecting’. in front of ‘’licence’ for Esayi project on the updated page. Yet they have said just ‘licence’ on Rukwa page. If you have just updated the page for the project you do not want to do that again in the very short term. RNS shortly detailing licence issue for Rukwa. It all there if you pay attention.

To answer your question Zoffy we know that the agreement was before the EWT, we do not know what the agreement was. There was not an 'option' as that would have been RNS. This was in the agreement, what is better is the fact that a 3rd party with all that information decided to take up the equity today.

They made the agreement before the EWT, which means they would have been fully briefed at that point on the results from the appraisal (DST) well. So having that knowledge they entered the agreement for the EWT.

Then they completed the EWT and now also have all that insider info and decided to acquire the shares due today,

The RNS states 'The arrangement was agreed with the service provider prior to the commencement of the EWT operation.' it does not detail the content of 'the arrangement'. That part is your assumption.

My point is, why would a third party who have been on scene for at least 6 months chose to take the share pari passu now? Is it a coincidence that we are expecting the mining licence issue to imminently?
