I agree with your post Pete, I attended virtually, however my representative attended in person and had a similar view to you, that the company are very much in the hands of TZ MoM in relation to any public comment at the moment. They felt on speaking to Jacobs that the outlook was very positive internally and that the two parties were communicating effectively and the project was on schedule to produce in Q4 2025.

That's a rather jaundiced view Newbof, lets hope you are not that cynical in everyday life.

If the accounts don't provide sufficient transparency into the company's financial performance the may not be carried. For example there is something subject to an NDA that meant a shareholder or group may vote against that proposal. Like a legal bills not adequately accounted for in order not to disclose a negotiation is ongoing.

They have stated their Legal Counsel advised not to disclose the contents of the Feasibility Study. Now why would that be? Perhaps they have already made a conditional financing or JV arrangement dependent on the ML and therefore would not want that disclosed at this point.

It would make sense for a future JV to be in negotiations at this point and all figures are based on current MCAP and Outstanding shares. They seem quite comfortable with future financing as well. Maybe we are looking at a JV announcement timed soon after ML is issued?

What is more interesting is the reason for withdrawing resolutions 5 and 6? HNV investor insisted on it, M & A?
