An RNS regarding a renumeration by issue of equity would not materially affect a share price. Of course you would know that Zoffy if you actually invested instead of gambling up or down.

As I commented earlier. Its all in the timing. Why do we think HE1 issues equity now, after all they could have done so a couple of months ago. Is it coincidental that we are expecting ML approval and the share Price will have a considerable upside on such an announcement?

The timing of this RNS is interesting, before the AGM and in the weeks in which we expect the mining licence to be issued. That added to the comment the CEO made at the recent summit about expecting the company to be producing 12 months after licence issue. Coupled with previous comments that they expect to be producing by the end of 2025.

It’s all there if you pay attention.

Would you accept payment in shares if you believed they would fall in value, simple answer is ‘no’.

A company who have been intrinsic to the EWT and by virtue of that have detailed knowledge of what is down there have said ‘yes’ to such a deal and allowed payment by means of acquisition of 15 million shares.

Anyone who asserts differently has a motive to do so and probably a bet that the share price will decrease in value they do not want to lose).

Pete, I have already voted. As you state the issue of those shares is most likely for M&A and renumeration. Trolls on here however have not even read the proposals and would not have a clue about ongoings at an AGM or the most rudimentary business economics.
