@Stamford, I cannot see how the timescale in the GANTT chart can be maintained at this point unless the ML grant is imminent. When I say 'imminent' I am not referring to the CEO's version of 'imminent' (remember the EWT wait?) but the English Dictionary version. If they can say in September 2024 that their expectation from other companies is 3 months for a ML to be granted then they can say that their expectations were not met and give shareholders an update.

If you feel that is satisfactory Whistler, good for you. I on the other hand do not.

Since you last post here Madmen (24 September) we have had no RNS regarding Rukwa.

We have not had an update regarding TZ operations for 4 months, thats why it is drifting down. The company should be working in the nest interests of shareholders and I would expect them to update the market regarding Rukwa at this stage.

I will second that Blubay. HE1 is 5% of my overall portfolio and the only AIM share I currently hold. I see HE1 as my hobby investment, not as my source of future wealth and security.

I hope there is no-person reading this board that see's this as their 'only hope'. That would be pretty concerning.

I have just had this response from Tavistock:

' The Company are streamlining administration and costs across the Group and therefore have asked Walkers, who are already HE1's legal advisers in the BVI, to also act as the Company’s registered agent.'

Why was that not mentioned at the AGM or in the RNS? Honestly, its not difficult.

We have just had a RNS regarding a move to Walkers in BVI. That is significant Whistler51.

I want to see a second RNS in short order with a full update as to what the current situation. It is a wall of silence from Shareholder Relations (as usual).

I wonder why this was not mentioned at the AGM?

Lets hope they have registered at Walkers for Asset Management & Investment funds and not Insolvency and restructuring. The lack of explanation in the RNS is appalling.
