Market Abuse Regulations (MAR) are there to protect shareholders. Updating investors with known information would never be abuse of MAR. A timeline slip or confirmation of a timeline could never fall under MAR regulations.

I disagree, there is scope for timelines previously indicated (GANTT Chart) to be confirmed or adjusted, and that is just one example.

If the timeline was as stated in the AGM I would have expected the EOI to have gone out early December 2024 as they would have wanted to lock in services at this stage.

@HFH: The evaluation process (RFP) can take several weeks or months, depending on the number of proposals received and the complexity of the project. I have not seen any information that evidences the RFP has actually started. We just know the EOI process completed 2 weeks ago.
