Pub's posts are not misleading. You should refrain from confusing that with misinformation as they are two very different things.

in relation to the mining licence, it is clear that if they complete the application and Feasibility requirements it will be granted, as you well know.

If you do not like Pub's enthusiasm you should filter them. I am quite happy and find them entertaining.

The MM have changed their Bid/Ask more today that they have done in 6 weeks. It is still low volumes when compared to the summer however, I think there is something in the air.

One scenario is a large order might be executed at a single price, but then it's allocated to multiple buyers at slightly different prices. In some cases, the original trade ID might be used for all the resulting smaller trades.
