I am not interested in Galactica news which is priced in. I am happy we have diversified but I invested in Rukwa and when was the last news there. If you are going to publish a timeline (GANTT Chart) and that alters you need to update it.

They need to update timelines or confirm the schedule in the GANTT chart 'subject to change' to keep people on side. If you are going to indicate timelines then you must update the shareholders if they are now changed.

I do not think that and AIM share necessarily needs large Director Holdings for Non-Exec's anyway. They are often motivated by other factors.

I find it difficult to see that schedule being kept at this stage. That GANTT chart was based on the CEO's expressed belief based on other companies experience of a 3 month timescale for approval on 17th September, 2024. Clearly that belief was mistaken and yet, no updated GANNT chart, nothing for RUKWA at all. It need to be rectified with some urgency if they expect people who hold large positions to justify continuing to hold at this point.

I am significantly up on my core HE1 holding. I like many others will sell if we do not have better information forthcoming in regard to Rukwa. Why would any competent investor hold a ranging share when they can take profits now and come back later? This lack of information and misleading comments is beginning to wear thin with me. It seems we are supposed to keep going on blind faith. That does not make you money in my experience.

I think as shareholders we deserve some update on the time stated by the CEO on the 17th of September 2024, that is now a month ago and we have no idea if she was mistaken in September or is there another explanation? There would be no issue in stating that the 3 months mentioned by the CEO in September was in error.

Disclosing timescales for a decision 'subject to change' would not be prejudicial to proceedings. They have a duty to shareholders informed where it would not be detrimental to the running of the business.

If the CEO could give a possible timescale in September she can give it now.

I disagree, timelines agreed with a caveat of 'subject to change' as to TZ consideration of the application could be released. As we all know the CEO stated "3 months" back in September. If she could state that then, why can we not have an updated timeline now?

It is normal for companies to divulge anticipated timelines for events and update the market should they change.

What we need to see from the Company is an update on Rukwa. The MoM dedicated team working with HE1 will be working to a timescale. I do not see why we cannot be privy to that and have some indication of potential dates for licence approval and completion of a CPR. The information sharing at this point is lacking to say the least. Not all information needs to be retained. PR at HE1 is poor o say the least.
