Seems the rat smell was "off" as those buyers lost substantially. Note the later confidence of Mr Parry (director) who since shelled out c �100k buying some 17,738 shares. He must feel that the share price reaction has been overdone, although it would have been good to see some other directors doing something similar

Now with a 22.77% spread the MMs don't seem interested in actually making a market Maybe the BoD should consider simply putting the Company into voluntary liquidation as the sum of the parts appear to exceed the current market capitalisation

Are Tang and his BoD being disingenuous, or plainly dishonest, when they state on 11 October that "the Bod would like to reassure its shareholders that a new Nomad will be actively sought...", and on 18 October that they "are endeavouring to engage a new Nomad..". If none is appointed and the shares are delisted and an action is taken by shareholders, an order for Discovery to disclose their efforts would be interesting

It would be nice to know what efforts are being made to appoint a new Noma. Will we go to the wire and appoint one on 18th November? It might be a bit of a confidence boost to have one appointed sooner - like this week! If we do get de-listed, what then? No responsibilities for Tang and the other Directors?

Jonah, Thank you for filing that information; so we may be suspended this coming Thursday if a Nomad has not been appointed by then. Worrying that ZAI has had such a bad press; if true that they are dodgy, why have we kept with them until now? A bit of a concern and I think we need some reassurance from our Chairman

The Prof always seemed a bit of a fish out of water. An utterly charming, intelligent gentleman with an unmatched medical bedside manner in a harsh business world. He proudly set up Conroy having fallen out with Tony O'Reilly, who, some would say, shafted him in Atlantic Resources. Is he now shafting his own shareholders? He has repeatedly invested his own money into "his" Company (the last being an exercise of warrants at a significant premium to the then share price) although he has been remunerated as Chairman over the years.But his manoeuvring over the last few months looks like he is looking after himself and "loyal" shareholders and directors at the expense and detriment of other shareholders. How are Clontibret and other interests to be developed in the future? I'm out, with a 40% loss
