Note the second paragraph:
'S L can confirm that none of the Company, its subsidiaries or legal counsel have received any such summons AND NEITHER ARE THEY AWARE OF THE EXISTENCE OF ANY SUCH SUMMONS'
So there is no application for substituted service of a summons?
If the RNS is telling porkies, then the Directors and the lawyers will have a lot of explaining to do.

A new low for a year and a market capitalisation of under 8m. Are the Chinese not a bit fed up - not to mention the rest of us? Come on, Stephan Olivier, let's have some news; you are, after all, being paid!

The contract may not be a big money spinner, but it sure looks good on the CV - provided of course that nothing goes wrong like the loos becoming blocked and overflowing

Don't be confused with the volume of shares traded. Cost of buying 1million shares is c6.5k; proceeds of sale of 1million shares is approx 5.2k
About stg3.2k spent today
Spread of 30% suggests a lack of MM interest?
With a spread of 30% and under 400,000 shares traded (value 2k stg) I'm not too concerned at the drop in the bid price to .50p. Surprised though that there are not some buyers at .60 +
