It would be informative to detail what the “false information’ was and then correct it. It’s very easy simply to deny false information broadly
Of course they will hide behind the sub judice rule to deny us such information
It would also be interesting to know if a statement of claim has been issued, a defence filed and an estimate of when it is likely that the case will be heard. I would have a suspicion that if any writ has been issued it would be a gagging writ to prevent any further discussion
I also wonder if the jailing of the ex prime minister will have any influence on providing information to its shareholders. Did the outgoing NOMAD give any reason why it’s resigning?

I agree with you Fuse. Although we are a very small company, we seem to be concentrating on making ourselves respectable after our shake down by the sheik, I wonder what news of him now? He may have made a few bob out of ADM but he must have ruined his reputation internationally

NAV here is a multiple of the SP
If the BOD concentrated its efforts on communication with its shareholders rather than fighting with them the SP might advance

I know I'm a lone voice on this Board, but I still cannot fathom why there is such a large discount in the SP compared with the NAV. Also, there seems to be no understandable correlation between the SP and the daily NAV; for instance, today the NAV rose from 69.77 to 70.36 and the SP bid price fell from 54.60 to 53.20. Good however to see the Chair has increased her shareholding

I still think that SIMEC is a potential TO target for the oil majors who want/have to diversify. SIMEC has 2 streams: tidal and plastic waste pellets for conversion into power . We've done the heavy lifting and the oil majors have the capital to get it to the next level
