Dr K; you're quite correct. Thank you for putting me right. I had been surprised that such a high percentage appeared to have voted against the Board. It transpires there were only in fact 319 votes cast against!
Rizzi must have been the buyer of 940,000 shares in the market on the 1st October which show up as sales @ around 31p?

I heard that there could be an option for holders to cash in their shares at NAV in October. Is this true? If so, I would plan to do so and reinvest the proceeds

No announcements at or after the AGM but interesting to note that c30% of votes were against the re-election of the Directors. That is quite a significant number when one considers how many shares are independently held. Is Simon To treating this Company as a privately owned company?

The delisting RNS tells us that the Company will advise its shareholders via its website of further developments. Don't hold your breath. I have just checked the website and the "news" item goes up to 31st May 2016

You'll find it hard to find a mining company, or indeed any company which is involved in heavy machinery, where lives are never at risk. KMR has had a very good safety record
