Yes I agree that the move to the main market could likely be just before the AGM (otherwise there would be questions!) and, as you say, income generating by that time (which helps II's put an investment case to their Board).

My broker told me HUR is not eligible for IHT AIM relief as it is quoted on 2 exchanges, the UK and the US! Best get it checked and see what you come up with?

Sirius problems are maybe not a result of being on the main market IMO, more financial/structural.

A few big II buys might stabilise the price against early selling by Kerogen, etc,?

My understanding is that A lot of II’s are not allowed to invest in AIM certainly not large amounts!
So the sooner we move to the main market the better, my guess is that could be quite soon, say just after FOIl so they have something to shout about at a big event!!
What’s the view of others on timing of the market move?

I am sure that there wiil be flaring/venting during commissioning or shall we say pre ops prior to FOIL declaration.The facilities will be leak tested and function tested as an integrated subsea/topside system, which is traditionally the commissioning phase, during which no flaring will occur The facilities will then be handed over to operations (maybe mostly the same team), who will then introduce hydrocarbons, that is flow/clean up each well separately and sequentially, bringing mixed/dirty oil and downhole fluids onboard initially and progressively until clean oil produced to the tanks. Only when both wells are cleaned up and producing into the tanks will FOIL be declared, IMO.
So there will some flaring about halfway through the program during clean up of the first well and again towards the end of the second well clean up.
FOIL declaration is probably when relatively steady state, but low, production is established into the tanks, say first 5000 bbls, during which continuous flaring will be evident.

FYI I was told awhile back that HUR does NOT qualify for IHT relief on AIM because it is quoted on two exchanges, the UK and the US. Also it will move to the main market in a few months anyway!

Totally agree! No chance of hook up today, the operation will start tomorrow and maybe finish early tuesday, So rns possible tuesday, but most likely wednesday. They will wait for the best of the WW for the last critical bit of pull in, but all other preparations will start tomorrow so as to be ready. IMHO

I think the AM must have an ROV because the statement after the last failure said that they had checked the buoy and no damage reported!? Also would expect an ROV to disconnect old buoy rope and connect new one.

On windy.com there is 36+ hours of total seas <3m and swell about 2m.
No reason not to go for it IMO.

windy.com still showing less than 3m total waves from midday monday/18th to midnight tuesday, so hook up still on IMO!

Windy.com shows WW from midday friday 22nd, I know a bit far out to have any real faith yet!
Other sites are not showing the same.

Not only is there a good WW on 18/19th, amazingly there is a high pressure and another WW developing shortly after, 22nd onwards. So early or late, hook up will be next week!!
