Think we’re all generally agreed, the science is promising but we need the commercial aspect to progress the science and updates to drive the commercial aspect.

It all has to work together otherwise we’re at risk of running out of money and no further progression.

I’m sure discussions are going on in the background but imagine that the issue of updated data can only enhance those discussions.

An AIM company must issue notification without delay of any new developments which are not public knowledge which, if made public, would be likely to lead to a significant movement in the price of its AIM securities.

I agree, they are obliged to update the market with price sensitive information, either good or bad, as it occurs.

Sounds promising, wasn’t very optimistic about the ASCO poster, expected updated information.

Anyway, it’s good to hear about Bio 2023, where we could be looking at potential product partnering, commercialisation, etc

They weren’t there last year, looks like they are stepping things up, attending US conferences, events, etc

Surely any visitors would ask what’s going on, why are we relying on February information when more up to date information could be submitted up to mid-May 2023.

Surely Scancell, Redmile and Vulpes have a strategy, just strange to decipher when it looks like addn’l funding will be required early next year.

The RNS does say the poster

‘describes the protocol and presents the results after completion of the monotherapy dose-finding and provides an update on patients recruited into the monotherapy dose expansion cohorts and into the checkpoint inhibitor (CPI) combination dose-finding cohort.’

Maybe today’s RNS is enough, if significant, as we expect it to be, it could be released by a Monday RNS.

I assumed that the Abstract, maybe title, summary, etc, was submitted mid-Feb 2023, followed by more up to date information in the full poster submission in mid-May 2023.

It seems strange to have these schedules of dates otherwise.

Agreed, it does seem crazy to sign a potential $624m Genmab deal and only receive 1% upfront payment of the final potential

I’d assumed the same, a Monday/Tuesday RNS after the lifting of the embargo.

It’s a strange one, a responsibility to report any price-sensitive news but having to wait for the embargo to be lifted.

Anyway, been through the ups and downs over the last 10 years, the Vulpes report was a nice surprise, always felt we were undervalued, hoping for good news early next week.

The next 6 months could be interesting.

It would be worth a lot more than £5, that’s only 1 year’s revenue, it should be valued on 10 years revenue.

Britain said it was the first such deal which Pfizer and BioNTech had agreed for the supply of their vaccine, which is being tested in early to mid-stage trials.

Haven’t we got a collaboration with BioNTech that gives them the chance to work with Scancell to discover and characterize T cell receptors (TCRs) and an option to form a license agreement covering the resulting therapeutics.

Hi Wild, I share your opinion, I’ve added at various points at a relatively low price, I did expect news quicker but am assuming the longer we wait, with patents, trials and hopefully decent results in place, the rewards will be greater, just surprised the Directors haven’t taken more shares
