Absolutely shocking, they probably shafted Boughtwood to take the company, they finally got out when they could.

They’ve then turned on the remaining shareholders, blaming market conditions.

Anyway, what goes around comes around.

Appreciate your thoughts, the problem is what stops the current company being wound down with increasing debts and the assets, current deals, etc being either sold or novated to a new independent (major shareholders) company.

I think they’ve probably got some potential funding agreements already lined up.

So much for the Tesla trio!!

Seems like a strategy by the major shareholders to buy up as many shares as possible at the cheapest rate possible and then look to complete a takeover as cheaply as possible.

I’m just amazed that after signing another Commercial License Agreement with an upfront payment, we are being subject to a further Fundraise.

I was hoping that we would be attracting interest from elsewhere in addition to Genmab.

I was particularly taken aback that, given we’ve only had the original October 2022 upfront payment and the June 2024 exclusivity payment, and no further milestone payments, there was no mention of either the value or timing of this further upfront payment.

At the November 2023 AGM, Lindy did say that any Genmab income would be over a lengthy period, they were doing the hard work.

We were then notified of a further fundraise the following day.

Hopefully, we have some upfront confirmation in January, it’s just strange that when signing an agreement the value and timing haven’t been agreed, if they had been agreed surely they’d have been notified.

I wouldn’t worry about it, the very successful tend to be quite humble in talking about their achievements, often only to help others along the way.

You’ll often find that those who boast about it haven’t actually done it, they struggle to achieve anything really.

Certainly looks like they are positioning themselves, maybe their last chance, before either very good news or a potential takeover.

Would have to be at many multiples of the current share price.

Hoping for some nice upward steady movement prior to drill results.

The really big statements for me were the stop to the potential Canadian funding signifying the Directors confidence and the further JORC Resource success based payments.

A perfect summary, I was there too but couldn’t ask questions as hold shares in a nominee account and hadn’t requested the paperwork.

I was thinking I could when the main AGM section was done (10 minutes) and the presentation section was on but I was happy to listen.

I was quite impressed with the Directors, they were very positive, as open as they could be, looking forward to good news, they explained the Lanstead deal very well, seemed the only show in town.

I would encourage anyone to attend the AGM’s if possible, nothing like being there and getting things 1st hand, as you say, the perception and body language is so important (I do find it’s lost in Zoom meetings), the Directors were happy meeting shareholders, the 1st time any had attended.

Anyway, fairly happy and looking forward to good news to come.
