Sounds like a great idea, 1.2billion shares x £8/share = £9.6bn x 1.27 = $12.2bn, say $12bn for cash.

Although I appreciate your reasoning regarding Patronus, I would much rather a spread of institutional investors.

It would assist for a number of reasons, not having all our eggs in one basket, keep a bit of pressure on the Directors, minimising too much dilution (remember we’ve got a potential 60% dilution to come in Director’s share options, etc) and it would increase our funding options.

A nice spread of blue chip investors, with a range of contacts, is the key here, they have started extremely well with the 3 ex-Tesla directors.

Agreed, she did, but we’ve only had 1 deal and it’s 15 months ago.

Would be a nice start to 2024 to get another one prior to the half-year results expected in late January.

Excellent post, the potential is immense, we’re considering large backup battery storage plants nationwide, surely the safer, more environmentally friendly sodium batteries with increased densities are the future.

If we were expecting any sort of Genmab payment in the near future, and after confirming that we had a cash runway till H1 2025 at the AGM, we, surely, would not have announced a cash raise a day after the AGM.

Hoping for a Genmab payment but can’t see it for a while, Lindy was emphasising, at the AGM, that more income could be expected from Mandeep being busy selling Mabs to new licensees.

Agreed, as Lindy mentioned at the AGM, any substantial Genmab income is potentially 5 years away.

Lindy commented that Genmab are incurring costs doing a lot of the ‘heavy lifting’ at the moment.

Genmab had provided further validation of the platform which should aid us in the sales of licensing deals elsewhere.

Now that seems a bit silly seeing as we’re at the end of the quarter, possibly the next quarter.

Well, suppose the 1st one has already brought the gold, not too worried about the frankincense and myrrh.

Expecting a rocket for Christmas from Elon, probably a bit tied up with Twitter-X at the moment.

It’s always difficult to establish value with little revenue stream, ours are currently only really Government funding and R & D tax credits, hopefully we’ll receive more shortly.

That, coupled with a healthy cash runway and our 3 incoming ex-Tesla executives, should attract significant funding going forward and the certainty leading to an increased share price.

I think talk of a AMTE pre-pack is a bit premature for a company of our size, FRP Advisory will be looking for a commitment to guarantee employment, etc including potentially paying their wages in the interim.

They’ll usually go for larger companies with significant cash reserves.

Always going to struggle today following AMTE’s struggles, feel sorry for their investors and workforce.

Sounds like they had promises of revenue streams that never quite materialised, hope that with our Tesla trio and a new found confidence, we get our funding ambitions realised early.
