A paper loss is only a number and so is a paper profit. You only win or loose when you sell! So, as I said earlier, if you have a £10m pipeline (I call it more like leads/prospects) you would sift out the pie in the sky and should close 5%-10%which should be somewhere between £500k -£1m, anything above this is fantastic, but anything less, is a sales professional problem!

Look at it this way- for a mcap of £.56m a gross profit of £291k is not bad! It however, is overshadowed by the higher figure from the previous year. So, what changed? That's the question. And why weren't they able to replicate or build on 2017 results?
Like I said it's not only about cost cutting but sales and marketing and maybe investing in that!

Of 8m shares at 8:18 just published and out of the system. This should allow for a recovery, the RNs was not bad, just real and money is coming in.

The RNs states that they have just over £10m of pipeline. So, I'm what they are describing is not a pipeline, but rather mainly prospects and enquiries.
I have an extensive background in sales and sales management and to me if we cut the figure in half and convert 10-25% thru to sales from that figure, then you could realistically be looking at sales turnover over of £500k- £1m.

Now, another factor to consider is the number of clients that make up the £10m. IMO if it's only a couple of prospects than the risk is higher, however if you have say 50- 100 prospects here, your chances are much higher of closing deals.

An important part of building a pipeline is to continously fill the pipeline because you loose prospects along the way. So, my question is, what is the company doing to find new prospects, turn them into enquiries and turn (hopefully) a large number of these into orders?

It is either a T20 or a bed an ISA! Either way it's not a sell but a transfer/rollover! Either way, someone is confident!

Companies where an RNs or broker figures tell the market that a £30m Mcap company who is already revenue generating suddenly has a £2.5m per month increase in revenue (for instance), where the market has already known about this and then everyone rushes in because the the tie up with Allay is just the beginning and such companies as Microsoft and Google are looking at this through Essence and Jellyfish. Hmm!

The company is legitimately in a very advanced stage compared to then.
Please do some research before investing or maybe for those thinking of investing. The first clue is this is not AIM!

Imo upon news of the first contract, the market will know that this is big and there would be no reason why a second contract wouldn't land soon after. This would put the value of asset's under management near $100m (or so) by leveraging the funds to buy the asset's.
At that point the market again will see no reason why ALGW wouldn't be managing $500m+ worth of asset's in a short period of time.
All we & market need is that 1st and 2nd deal and then this will be huge!!!

If you are with HL or Halifax (for instance) they are rubbish for doing that! Once there are two or three buys or sells, they tend to go NT! But on the other hand they might have orders both ways and just want to keep price at this level for a bit!

Some healthy delayed buys coming thru- so if mm's have their hands full filling orders, they may be keeping us here until backlog filled! Could be an opportunity for someone wanting a small amount!

Dunno that it will break 3p today, but might possibly get close. The share price has been going up in steady increments and 3p would be about a 15% (or so from yesterday's close). However one thing seems to be the case- all going well sub 3p purchases are quickly coming to an end!

Imo, if you want in or are waiting on news, I simply would seriously look at taking a position sooner rather than later, because should news of deal(s) land, I really think this will do a PYC. And good luck trying to get shares at that point, lol! Just a thought though :)

Just a few weeks ago you were able to buy these at less that 1.80p, so understanding this- some people will have de-risked and given the new investors an opportunity to get in at a really good price!
Anything under 6p will be a memory within weeks (if not sooner), imo! DYOR and see how big this could be-

And if we break through the 2.5p, I believe that the breaks will be taken off as it seems like there would be very little resistance (according to what I have read from chartists)

I'm any news will come before the shareholders meeting. It would be pointless to have a meeting if there is nothing new to discuss or if they can't discuss deals.
Also, in shareholders meeting I find that it's about recapping and q&a n current deals, so they will want a deal or two under the belt in order to discuss forward looking plans, but before they could do that, shareholders will expect a deal or two in order to have the credibility in the eyes of the shareholders and wider market.
For this reason in addition to all we already know and researched is why I think we are very very close to a very significant announcement!
