The issue of the Nomad is a non issue really and the tie up between Northland and SP Angel has affected a lrge number of companies listed on LSE.
I do not see a profitable company in Australia having to many queries in getting either resigned or get a new Nomad all together.
According to the last published accounts, the cost saving measures have really made a positive impact on the bottom line (without a debt restructuring).
As much as I am not an accountant, it is clear to see that if the contracts and plant hire continue as the have been going, we will have a thick layer of ice with the restructure. And a larger profit.
The restructure is not being done to salvage a company but rather make it more efficient and thus fatten it's already healthy rofit line
P/E ratio is good and all the fundamentals are there, so I suggest that people DYOR and just re-visit MRS's fundamentals!
