As delisted shares are not regulated, I believe (and would have to verify), but an investor can buy from or sell to another investor!
It would have to be a matched buy/sell, but I would be happy to try and facilitate (if it isn't to much of a ball ache)!

Minden- there are brokers that trade (buy/sell) by creating a secondary market! It is unregulated. A good example are OTC's and pink sheets.
They re basically very high risk small businesses and/or companies that have been de-listed or in dire straights.
However, on the occassion they come good-looking they really do.
Another example would be start-ups, trading in company debt...
So, this is how it works in the US, but my question was specifically for this company! And if anyone knows if someone is matching any interested buyers and sellers?

So, keep this in mind- this well is in the Alaska, United States and it is on the North Slope, less than 5 miles from one of the largest oil discoveries in the last 30 years!
This well (as I understand it) is drilling into the same reservoirs!
So, although there are no guarantees, but feel confident enough to put a couple of pennies in (got burnt on FRR! :(

Liquid- RMP will move faster and further on this play, than 88e! There is about 9-10x more shares there!
If this is proved up(looking good) and either an offer is made for the play, RMP has a similar percentage to them, but the money would be divided amoungst less shares- so more money per share.
In the shorter term, less buying is needed here (in volume) to get this going!

I think there will be an ANN on Monday stating initial findings and initial points of interest and possibly a better idea of the better pay zones and size! Point is news is inminent!

Yes, it is very cheap and had the RNs last Thursday not been so disjointed and the share price not have gone down so much, the share price would now be over 7p IMO!
At this point, I think that for the play, RMP shareholders will see a much better return than those in 88e and this is why, I moved here!
88e has about 10x the shares in issue and a similar percentage of this project.
Although, later on they do have more land and good prospects on the North Slope!
I think, that there is a group of investors, on the sideline and just waiting to see.
I also think that there are those who right took profits and think it will go even lower (doubt it).
However I do expect news well before the 16th due to ASX regs! GLA

Darkelf- if it's good news, It might take it to the level it would've gone to before the drop. This would make the gain look bigger because the news did cause an over reaction and 88e is oversold! ASX regs require more regular reporting, but I don't think they would've found anything significant at the levels they reported nyway- so, they will get to TD imo and then find that there is oil there! Once you break past any water and into the clay dome! Fingers crossed we should be fine!

50k buys coming thru and there have been loads of 2k and 4k buys that have popped up over the last two days in these chain like purchases. Could confidence be returning from the big boys here?

Somebody mentioned that in many cases crl's are issued to stall and buy the FDA more time. It has also been mentioned many times that the FDA had published the 13th of February back in November!
However, During the period between November publication and last Thurs, the US government was shut down and federal employees were either furlough or made to work without pay, this included the FDA.
So, I do subscribe to the idea that the FDA was either basically closed (except very essential staff), so this would mean that 5 weeks lost in this 12 week period.
So,I can only come to the conclusion that the FDA either didn't have enough time and/or haven't been able to fully digest and approve. So, for me this will give them time to property evaluate and have some minor query to ask at the meeting!
So, long as we have the answer or can reasonably come up with it, I would expect this to be approved pretty sharpish.
If this is the case it is terrible that people have lost pensions, significant savings or even money that they shouldn't have gambled with, when the FFDA should have informed mtfb that they would extend the period due to extraordinary circumstances.
Saying all this, I think people will realise this and come back, the science is good and Iclprin will save so many lives! GLA

Looking back and now Reading today's RNs, it seems to be positive. On one hand Hercules is a lender and has to mitigate risk and could have killed MTFB, but they have been reasonable and still have exposure here. So, this is good!
It reads to me that MTFB know exactly what the Ccrl queries are and can address these and this is probably why Hercules have not called in all outstanding debt, but just reduced exposure.
So, I would believe that other large investors have been given similar info and people have had the weekend to digest and see that after initial shock things are not so bad and if anything and on the balance of things would be closer to a storm in a teacup than a total outright nucleat disaster!
If the lender still has confidence, I would too!

At this point, if it could get up to the low 20's in the next week, I think it would stabilize there until further news.
The point is it is no where near dead or the FDA would've sdeclined outright! The RNs read as there are questions! Questions can be answered, the science is good!

It looks like the bots are buying now as it reached the bottom!

See, loads of stop losses triggered at 13:07:37, notice how the mm"s trigger in batches and all at the same time- this is what it looks like to me.

The good news is we are in the 12's again!

Stop losses can be trailing, so as the SP goes up so does the stop losses! On these shares it might be an idea to cancel stop losses (if you don't want MM's) taking your shares, lol!

Have you noticed no big orders printed in the last 2 hrs (either way). The MM's IMO are trying to loosen some shares, by bouncing it around this level!

The good news here is that it is a good consolidation point and should form a good base for leg up to next resistance point! However, in my view as this is a recovery once we break out of the 11's we should see little resistance. GLA

There are blocks of sells at exactly the same time. That looks like mm's are on the hunt for shares and triggering stop losses!

Sorry those who are taking profits at this level leave and new people join, you will find less people willing to sell at this level! The rise seems to be balanced and we should see sellers at the 14p mark start drying up and up the price will go.
Much like what has happened at the 12p and mid 13p levels. Also, people expect the share price to at least bag from here in the very short term

It looks to me that the mm's might be filling a large buy order. I say this because there have been a few sells and the price seems to be holding well! In addition there were some nice buys yesterday afternoon.
