Wow, Sarah!
Here's the thing and as you tightly pointed out, it might not rocket on shipment, but it will move north.
The reason why it would really take off on the refinance is because of two reasons: a) it clears Atlas and you are not relying on timely and on target shipments as much b) it gives VAST credibility, because a mainstream bank is willing to loan it money and c) as much as the refinance is not 100% needed as you rightly pointed out, it would require shipments to be on time and at or above target- the reservation investors would have us, that AP fancies himself as a pretty boy and people don't think he can deliver without a delays or a breakdown or Covid or any other excuse, he could come up with.
So, if refinance is sorted,, it takes the pressure off and if it takes six weeks to get a shipment off, no big deal, but without it- we know that Andy Pandy would take his wage a couple of weeks làte, in order to pay the interest on Atlas, but would rather take the money off the shareholders!
So, AP has a lot to prove it we will have to think about sacking him and putting someone in place who could deliver. However, if he does deliver, power to him and the market will forgive and build sentiment.
Believe it or not people trust George Roach more than AP, so he really needs to show the market that he can deliver.
