The price will be benchmarked in a way that can not be disputed. I would agree that a five day average seems to be logical due to potential price swings. However, this can also work in our protection as well!

There are several things that have happened to cause this low share price and a couple of things need to happen for VAST to move north:.

IMO the delays and added expenses that have caused dilution and more dilution that had no end in sight has been a big demoralising factor here.

Believe it or not VAST is on a lot of people's radars and there are still a lot of holders who bought in at .65p or so not so long ago.

After saying that everything is in place and ready! So, once the first sale goes through, I expect we will move to low .20's and once payment is received it is my opinion and expectation to be somewhere between mid- high .20's!
Now, remember Atlas has agreed to no convert this month and I believe that this is a very strong sign that they have seen proof that the refinance is going through!

So, that leads me to the final terms- and drawdown. So, I think that the final terms could see us above .40 and certainly above .5p upon drawdown, settlement of Atlas and next shipment being delivered and paid.

I am not holding breath for daimon, but if that is signed, this side of Crimbo, it will certainly be the treakle on my pudding!

It's not the number of share that makes or looses you money, it's the MCAP!
The thing is there can be advantages to companies with a few shares in issue and one of the main reasons is liquidity!
There are loads of companies out there with very few shares in issue but good luck trying to buy any and well you would really need to keep your fingers crossed to be able to sell, when you want.
So, if we get everything up and Copper sold and diamonds signed and mining, everyone here will be over the moon!

Fcap- several things that just need to be in packed in your post:
1) in the latest interview, AP mentions that he expects payment to be in at end of this coming week.
2) payment is supposed to be 24hrs from concentrate bill of lading, so this suggests that it will be on the boat on Wed or Thursday!
3) AP also stated that it would take a day to get to the port, so expect a tweet with everyone waving good by to the convoy on Tue/We'd.

That's what I came away with or it could be a day later, so payment would arrive week from Monday! But it's a bit of a window there and hope this goes well.
I am only concerned with the vague timescale of when a vessel would be available? Ships know weeks and months ahead of schedule where and when they will be and keep tight schedules.
So, the transport company would know what space is available on what ship, where and when.

I've been on phone on several occasions to them this week.
On the 10th trades weren't showing or going through and there is a trade that showed up in triplicate an hour later so about £12k.
I sent an email after trying to call them. I finally got through on the 11th but the price moved against me.
So, when I spoke to them, they were aware of the situation and had received my email.
They said it would be sorted because it was their fault in the system s it did 2 trades when there wasn't the available money in the account +cash balance), so it shouldn't have allowed three trades.
I called yesterday as it wasn't sorted and they said it would be sorted by, today!
I've called at about 15:00 today because it hasn't been sorted! My share account mirrors my share ISA so, if this rockets, I will raise a further complaint to the Ombudsman as I am not holding my breath that they will indemnify me and pay adequate compensation to account for the system error and the money I've lost due to not being able to trade!.
The kicker is that they told me yesterday to sell the shares and the system will recognize the error and all will go back to normal.
I reiterated that it didn't make sense because the account would go negative.
They insisted and I sold the shares yesterday as instructed and then the system did not recognize the transactions and my account is in negative now!
So, they have the recording and I have the names of the people I've spoken to and when, but having dealt with other complaints, you eventually get sorted but they do not tend to make it easy.
In my experience financial services companies tend to not uphold complaints and they know that a substantial number of customers just go away!
Not me, about five years ago I got £18k from an insurance broker! It took two years but they came out loosing as the claim was for about £5k and they gave me bad advice while selling the insurance on an advised basis

I have £4k stuck in HL that I can't trade due to their technical issues on Mon/Tue and they still haven't sorted it!

Well folks the mm's gave up and ticked it up to .36/.37 and will give you .3673 to sell your shares, lol!

It's at .3631p so why hasn't it ticked up .36/.37? They must be filling an order!

To be fair, I think people don't understand why it's taking so long to confirm a vessel?
It's great that he is keeping us up to date and expects this to happen this coming week (at some point), but ships know where they are going to be weeks if not months in advance and have a schedule to keep.

Noticed that the bid price has been creeping and is currently at .359p so could well see a bit of an awakening in the closing hours!
