Absolutely- I would rather end the week on a high than the other way around.
As for further dilution, I think that as long as VAST can produce it's target and extra (as often as possible), the company could afford to make the payments in cash

I am really happy to hear that the company is selling the copper and building a stockpile of the other metals, because if VAST sells for spot price and you don't need to sell the Zinc or lead (for instance) to make your bills.

So, IMO if you build a stockpile of the other metals and their is a squeeze in the market, VAST can sell when the price is high!

This is a very powerful position to be in and VAST could significantly increase its profits by selling when each commodity is at a high!

I think a lot of investors missed how important that is- we are not replying on having to sell everything to keep going! Copper is the bread and butter and the others are the meats and gravy!

I think AP is trying to under promise with the view to over deliver (I hope and is what I got from the interview)

Folks- in many respects it's not so much about shares in Issue but the MCAP and the fundamentals including assets and potential.
With today's clarification and update the fundamentals have really started to shine in such a way, that we are at a new dawn and have been through years of darkness and false dawnsm

At this point the has been RNs to say that we would atleast hit target this month and was confirme, today!

Once shipment is onboarded and VAST gets paid the next, day! Will be a very important milestone not only for the obvious but also for the refinance deal as this will support affordability and the ability to hit target and reduce their risk.

Today has been a good comeback for AP! Yesterday, I must admit I was not pleased at how the rns was written and was absolutely miffed that no clarification RNs was issued. However, today has been a good delivery!

A video of the article being loaded and dispatched would be be a great moral boost (this has been a journey for many people and hopefully people are now starting to build the confidence to have a dabble or sleep better at night with this coming, together!

To get to 1p we need an MCAP of about £180M, which is the type of figure AP mentioned on VOX interview earlier.

The good news there is all things going well, there will be no further need for dilution to pay ATLAS!!!!!!

Finance won't be drawn down until mid-late November and this part of the reason why the share price is where it is.
I personally would like to see the ore shipped next week and wonder if AP can get the invoice factored and not have to do a placing?
On the other hand we should have the final terms for the refinance somethim this week or first week in Nove! This would be really important because it is like a pre-approval and would indicate that it just has to go through a few formalities as the collateral and the affordability will be proven.
This week has seen the visit of the specialists and the environmental people, so hopefully that has gone well!
It is starting to come together and we should see people starting to take positions at this level because IMO once we get rid of the chum- I certainly do not expect to see the share price near this level again!

Today's news was definitely a big piece of the puzzle we needed. What we need is get the financing and deliver the concentrate as agreed!

We are now waiting for refinancing! Refinancing is key and if AP happens to pull this out- than a lot will be forgiven.

Dean- I mentioned VAL and it went on to 5.5 bag within the space of sux weeks!

If AP has a conflict of interest and he is acting against business interests- than it is our obligation to replace him.

He would be in breach of his fiduciary duty to the company and it's shareholders - it would also be fraud!

Continuation- this was done at #VAL and the share holders got Sato out before they (almost successfully bankrupted the company) in order to steal the intellectual property.

Folks we are shareholders and am suck and tired of people morning and not doing anything about problem.
We are shareholders and if not happy with management, it is in our power and right to change management

Share holders can band together and if we get over a 5% of share holders to get AP out- we can force and egm and vote him out!
