Ben Richardson, CEO at SulNOx, confident they can cost-effectively decarbonise commercial shipping. Watch the video here.
From my point of view I believe that we are due some "well I didn't see that coming" type of news
Yes, next week they should confirm the name change, but with lockdown easing I suggest that a rabbit is due out of the hat
So none of these much discussed and well worn rabbits (although any would be welcome);
NASDAQ
John Gore and theatres
Wireless 2021/22/23/24 etc etc
An O2 or Singtel type deal
MVR Headset
FaceBook anything
The board is very strong on differentiation so it will be ..... something else, something new and different, something substantial
I have nothing to back up my expectation, it is pure speculation
Why does anyone expect the sp to rise on a RNS confirmation that the management have executed the change of name to Napster
Not deramping, just giving anyone the opportunity to say the sp would rise as a consequence of the board achieving an admin task that has aleady been notified to the market
MVR name change to NAPS - Coming soon
It is heartening to see Napster's social media output continuing unabated, they certainly seem to know what they are doing, although no cross fertilisation yet
JimiMarsahall, how about the company sets it sights a little lower and tries to double its subscribers in the first year
I know its modest, I know it does not have the vaulting ambition of world domination by VR
But...
I think could be achieved
It would double revenue from $100M to $200M
It would put them in a position where the VR division would be being paid for without tapping shareholders.
If you think VR is just about sitting on the couch, then you are wrong
How about applying this to concerts
TheBadBat, it is sort of pathetic, but in a way it is not.
The Company name "Napster Group Ltd" is most definitley a new name, recently incorporated
Whereas the company name "MelodyVR Group PLC" was in fact an old company first incorporated in 2005 and has indeed experienced a number of name changes - go and look at the filing history
https://find-and-update.company-information.service.gov.uk/company/05628362/filing-history
I would suggest that if you are going to create a monster company then you don't really want one wi
Am I missing someting.
The board of Napster Group, as indicated on their website, does not have any representation from anyone involved with, or experience of, the business that actually earns money for the group.
To clarify, in case my point is not clear, there ain't nobody from Napster on the Board of Napster Group
Napster Ltd is a dissolved company
Interestingly it was dissolved in late 2019
https://find-and-update.company-information.service.gov.uk/company/10767082
Napster Group Ltd will probably be the name of operating company
Company Number: 13159728

For those new to the share and with some time, the history of MelodyVR Group PLC makes interesting reading
(All the way back to 18 Nov 2005 and its incoporation as Elm Investments)
MELODYVR GROUP PLC
Company number 05628362

I am coming to the conclusion that I want to work in MelodyVR's marketing and promotion department
So far in 2021 on social media MelodyVR have produced
Facebook - 6 posts (Napster (0)
Twitter - 1 post (Napster 77)
Instagram - 14 posts (Napster 74)
Napster seem to coordinate their Instagram and Twitter posts
Apple has won a patent for a high spec VR headset that includes cameras that can identify facial expressions, although if everyone is wearing a VR headset how it does that is beyond me, however they are very clever at Apple

According to alexa.com the page rank for napster.com has risen in the last 90 days

Its probably a good thing
So reassuring to know that I now need to divide my holding by 2,567,471,359 in order to work out my percentage share of the company
I was getting worried I might have to notify them
I can't work it out, well I can but I am not sure I like the answer
How far does the company expect to get before needing more money ?
You cannot trust the buy/sell categorisation by platforms such as LSE, ADVFN etc
Everyone will have experienced their 'buy' or 'sell' being categorised incorrectly
You have take it all with a pinch of salt
Some might even have experienced a trade being made outside the bid/offer spread at the time, being categorised the 'wrong' way
Perhaps the penny is starting to drop that the company now owns an asset with a proven revenue stream of $100M p.a. which with only a modest increase in its market share, will multiply its earnings
