To cove overhead is one thing, but to get the company growing is other.....

We will need funds to develop and increase our production, this is why it's crucial to sign this most important off take deal which hopefully will provide sufficient funds for us moving forward.

Like wise, they certainly not getting any of mine,not for this price anyway....

To be honest I did sell few for 1.27p 2 weeks ago but only in line with my strategy to de risk some of my holding which were well above my comfort zone.

A bit of both.....M/M always trying to make a market after all this is where they make their corn....at the same time it's now in the open that very important news is imminent ,news that can finally be the transformational ones the company talking about in the last year or even longer.....

Fully agree, happens very often to invite amajor share holders to participate in so called placing to give them more skin in the game on the cheap.....happens this week in another company I invest (SAR)

As such if you have faith then, if you can't beat them, join them.....

As such time to move on.....I fully understand the disappointment of LTH,it's either cut your losses and move on, or average down in the current price which is just above the placing price and could even drop further lower....

I just re enter myself with a small punt after sitting on the fence for a while since sold my holding here few months ago.

Potential was always there and with the company funded now for the next stage it' could be rewarding, it's all about what happens next.

Of course still risk albeit a lower one.....

Investment in African equities is always very risky and could be very volatile, it's a regretful fact,HOWEVER, Ghana is among the more relatively stable country to do business so hopefully the current little storm will pass with no real damage to this highly respected company.

Just a little correction to your note,if you haven't noticed we actually see a rise rather than a little slide on the back of no news.....

As we know,the anticipation for what is coming next is enough to drive the SP further into positive territory.

As such like you said the current momentum is bucking the normal AIM behaviour.

My guess is that this huge trade was a straight hands change from one holder to another in the same price but in this case we should have a TR1 from the receiving party,something we haven't notified....yet.

The fact is the SP is keep on rising since that day which means there is non overhang of shares....

I am puzzeld by this matter.

Meanwhile with news imminent regarding off taking deal/s there is certainly appetite for shares which is encouraging indeed 😀

We still waiting for the reverse mamuth 50 millions (5% of total shares) reported last week.....where this is gone to?

No TR1 reported either.

This extra funding is a way the company is rewarding the institutions already involved a further skin in the game, simple.....

In the process it give the company even more time to progress this 2 major development of 1801,and now also 1802 to a position where they finally attract the interest of the BIG pharmas.

We still didn't see the report of the other end of this 5% huge trade of 50 millions 🙄

Hence the manipulative small trades are the dominant transactions.....

Similar to yesterday a tiny UT pop out and resulted in a sharp drop.....Will not be surprised to see a follow-up with the 50 millions transaction going to the new owner....

Who ever it is folks bear in mind someone else took it off him.....probably at the same price.

All should be revealed with TR1 soon enough.
