Not the BIG news we are all waiting for, further more, it's always a bit of concern when a company recruiting new broker/advisor with imdiate effects, my worries is about placing....

Hopefully it's NOT the case on this occasion.

SP rising fast, but MC is hardly changed from the undervalued level.....wake me up when we are near 4p ,to start with....

Positive going forward, and as it says on the update it's somewhat a further de risking factor having a much bigger and solid partner. 😇

When the reorganisation and consolidation is finally done my guess the new share price will be circa 3 pounds (which is equivalent to 0.75p currently) it will mainly depend on how much appetite the major funds institutions will show by taking interest.

Personally I will wait for that outcome before considering any buy back any shares here.

Like I said before, the science is very promising, but the way the BOD and CEO treated PI is scandalous.

Yesterday was what you call "false " finish base on a tiny UT, this morning the price just re adjusted to yesterday price before the false finish......in a nut shell we are just trading water while waiting for major imminent news,

Hopefully not too long.

This morning trading prove that the big sell of after Friday second RNS was not knee jerk decisions.....the company shafted PI in order to get the big boys on board on the cheap.....

Unfortunately they are not the first and definitely not the last,it is just the way the corrupted market ways.....

The long time prospects here could be still rewarding in the long run but stay away for now.....IMHO

By the look of things likely to move into the 30's this week.....work in progress to break the 28p barrier.

If the price will drop to circa 0.50p I will consider taking a little ( very little....) punt only to have a skin in the game as I think the sienec is very good, but like I said before, I do not trust this BOD to serve us PI.....

However, I don't think the price will drop that far,and as such I will keep away until all the dust with the reorganisation is done and settled.

Let's be very clear guys,the company knew very well about the reorganisation plans when they sent the 7 a.m RNS about the clinical trail, they knew it will trigger a spike which will let some in the know to take advantage, hence the heavy selling, at the same time they also canily tempted PI to jump in and add/enter at a level that made them nursing a hefty loss withinn 2 to 3 hours when the second RNS popped out..

Basically day light robbery that unfortunately allowed by the market.

Personally I had a little stake that I was happy to hold and welcomed the first RNS however, as soon that the mid day RNS was out I sold the lot luckily at 1.50p which still posted a little loss......

I lost the trust in this BOD.

As for the product and the plans,they can prove to be very successful in the long run, but at this moment I am happy to stay away.

When I saw and read the first RNS I thought we are finally going places and of course was happy to stick with my little holding here.....

However, ad soon that the second RNS popped out just after mid day I sold out all my stake at 1.50p luckily .....I decided to accept a little loss because I simply lost any faith or trust this doggy BOD......they obviously knew about the plans when they placed the first RNS at 7:00 am but deliberately hold the second RNS for later on. ,very canny and curapted, unfortunately AIM market is loaded with that kind of shaisers.

The product can still come good and be successful, but I lost trust in those guys.

Well at least there wasn't SP drop .....:)

Bear in mind not unusual to get a delay reaction to news so hopefully when it comes it will be positive one 😀

Short term very likely to trigger a drop in valuation pro rata based on my experience, however it's inevitable and positive move long term, we simply have way too many shares especially after the huge recent placing.

As always IMHO.

Don't worry 😉.....nothing ever goes in straight line.....27p is a bit of a barrier atm but once broken (not too long IMHO...) 30'S is the next level.
