Looking like the market draw a line on the recent poor results and now looking forward to the new dawn with elevate.

And today open offer is closed I think the SP will settle circa 5.50p as a new base......

Thereafter we will have to follow the new development and hopefully things will be very positive to support decent recovery in the near term and beyond.

The reason is that serious funds managers can not invest in penny shares, as such any serious company will get that done.

Also in the longer ran when dividend would be considered it will help if you got less shares in issue.

The answer for that question (if an answer is really needed....) is simple, NO company as much care for their PI all they really care and leason to are the big investors, generally what they want they get,and when the company call for their money they always gets good deal for it.

As for us,we can only average down in order to maybe get a return one day.....I think that at circa 5p we have decent chance to make it worthwhile in the long ran.

I am fully intending to take few in the next few days.

Or another director buying more shares before entering a period where they will be forbidden from buying 🤔

Looks like those so called unknown transactions at full asking price are actually known as continuation of more directors buys.....IMHO.

Having said that, without quick solution to the Chinese delayed payment a level of funds raising will be needed to push up our production, the question is the size and the price.....

Still expecting further rising here as the current MC is way too low bearing our near to long term prospects.

About time we call for the debt with strong demand.....as it clearly said on the RNS the company took legal advice to make sure we have solid case and the company still hope to come to friendly conclusion for this dispute.....

My guess it will not need court enforcement.

Remember guys, nothing ever going up (or down....) in a straight line....

Recent surge and being Friday is always going to trigger traders and others to bank profit ....

Looking at some big trades is a good sign for normal (positive 👌) business to be resumed next week.

See my 8:57 post re money still owed us re the Chinese agreement, and it's fairly huge and not much shy of the current SP even after today jump.

Now we got many things in place there is good chance to see this debt finally paid, something that will mean no imdiate placing worries, and will put us in really strong position 💪

It's all about risk taking.....you had plenty of time to average down substantialy when the price was not far of 0 as latest as the last 3 months......my avarege was circa 6p as a result of buying many years ago but managed to bring it down to a point where I near enough breakeven......

Even managed to take off few off the table with handsome profit for the practice of de risking.

A word of caution if I may,always consider to cash on profit if you are in that position,

Derisking is good practice as you just can't see what the future holds, evevn we the prospects now are very promising indeed.

The directors recent buys done from the market, hence no money to the company....

The only money they received was the half a million loan facility announced on August 15.

However, we still have a good chance to finally get the rest of the money the Chinese put on hold for a long time $9.50 million.

If we get that,no placing will be needed, without that coming I still believe a level of placing will take place, for a very good purpose and at higher level than the current....

Always IMHO.

And while we are waiting for the revenue stream we have this loan facility announced on August 9 to keep us ticking.....

Having said that,it's also very possible to have a level of placing to raise more funds in order to accelerate production but it will be in higher price than the current IMHO.

Another important box ticked now inspection completed with flying colours 👌 after August 15 NNR certified. most importantly today confirmed we are already busy mining and ready to send samples to potential takers ahead of signing contracts.

Conveniently reported late today....

Red day with pretty much expected a bout of profit taken.....as we all know nothing ever going in straight line....
