I believe any overhang has been cleared and feel a move higher is inevitable. We should get an update on potential contract wins very soon. Our last one was mid Nov and with a multi-billion bid pipeline in a sector that has seen chronic underinvestment for 3 years or so and with oil at multi year highs the mark up in the sp is inevitable

Expecting the details of a sale to be announced very soon now.......Zubair's and ARA will want to ensure they close it out asap. The question is how much and will there be a retention and free carry. I do believe Scirocco will want to retain some element of exposure in Tanzania.

Could see a nice move higher as we close out 2021.......Oil playing ball too! Great entry for those on the sidelines

Views differ, but I think we have a solid buyer at these levels, so I am expecting them to continue especially as we are sitting sub 11p and with PK study imminent and P3 to follow. This will se a significant boost in the SP. I added more this morning - my early xmas present!

Some nice end of day buying and I would be inclined to think that we will have something concrete from the board soon.....

Some sizeable buys filled a couple 250k and a 500k buy......institution I believe - not PI pocket change

A number of larger sells this morning and I am looking to see if we have a large buyer to mop up the froth

Larger buys filling, due to the smaller supply on the market if we get a 1m buy we would see a jump in the market cap. Buys are accumulating

Valuation is probably around 3-4p once the deal is closed out, so like everyone else that is invested I am expecting a significant uplift in the SP

A move up beyond 11p is what I believe will happen. Some larger buyers are filling their boots, or perhaps more for Avion via spv

They wanted in as they are both very close to what is going on.......they paid a premium to make sure they secured a slice. It is looking really good here. Should see more money coming in today as we head up

Buys loading up again - jump up at the close. 268k buy filled

New ordinary shares were priced at 11p, an impressive 80% premium on the closing share price on Friday.

Many of the issued shares were bought by Lanstead Capital, who acquired 20mln, with the funds raised to be provided incrementally over the next two years.

Alora Pharmaceuticals LLC, the parent company of Avion Pharmaceuticals, also bought roughly 10mln with the remaining being acquired by a ‘long-standing institutional investor.’

ImmuPharma has a licensing agreement with Avion Pharmaceuticals, with this investment further strengthening the partnership between the two.

Shares are trading at a discounted price to the subscription, however expect some larger buyers to fill sub subscription price.
