If Angus Energy are getting 1.5p offers then we would be getting 4p offers. Just need to wait to hear the official news as seismic work is completed at Ruvuma and for Ara to swoop in I believe.

Confirmation that Avion's parent company have taken part in a purchase of shares at 11p by a strategic partner, with commercialisation of Lupuzor on the horizon, pending a successful PK study and P3 trials. Looks good to me as a long term holder. I really hope this drug brings a cheer to all Lupus suffers across the globe!

I did say that we had a buyer and look out for the holdings RNS - Another American Pharma - wonder what Avion have been telling their friends. Expecting a sizeable gap up and we should be well above 11p!

If you look over at Aminex, where I am also invested I do believe we may we get a boost in the price of our 25% holding - I'm pretty sure ARA will happily buy 20% more in Ruvuma, but we may well have a few bidders.

Personally in my view enterprise value alone is around 3p especially with energy prices the way they are. I would imagine a very positive update is on its way!

Well all holders know and heard of the potential - 2022 took ages to get to, but is quite frankly going to be transformational. I have been here since the 7p days in 2015 and feel a move towards 3p is finally on the cards

Buys coming through - nicely does it

Most of us, including myself are excited about the details and results of the pharmacokinetic study of participants to determine how the body handles Lupuzor. This study will provide critical information about the efficacy of Lupuzor and based on our previous results I am confident of moving straight onto Phase 3 trial.

What I have probably overlooked is perhaps the scale of work ImmuPharma Biotech SAS have quietly been researching and developing in the Anti Infection space - BioCin and BioAMB. Then we had the announcement of the 2-year collaboration agreement with Imperial College London to provide significant intellectual input and guidance on a number of innovative peptide assets being developed by ImmuPharma Biotech SAS.

Something definitely cooking and with the subscription taking place last month at an 80% premium I don't think it will be long before we hear something from Team Imm on both fronts.

Think there will be an offer tabled. With reference to the current holding RNS - anyone notice anything??
