Filling up again

Well the MMs took the bid down and tbh it’s always about the buys - but each to their own. There will be a move back higher in my view and fair value like I have said is circa 8p min. Directors all purchased in the last 3/4 months and all above 10p

All the 2.20 trades, 2.19, 2.195 and 2.18 are buys - the spread mis categorises the trade. We have filled the gap from the close on Tuesday - should now see the move upward

Yes definitely a buy for me - market share and reputation/ client list worth more than market cap - I’ll stand by 8p

Offer should be over 8p, so buying as you have should pay well tbh. We have just seen a gap filled from the pop up earlier - buys filling their boots at this level

Should see an offer of about 8m I think so at these levels a good buy

Expecting details of the payment to come by the end of the month and with that I think we finally get to move upwards and hopefully over 2p based on the transaction value and the current market cap

Overhang seems to have cleared…..when we get moving I guess the first target to get through will be 2.5p and then the recent high resistance was 3.5/6 - news updating progress must be coming soon

Oilfield services company Petrofac has won a three-year contract extension worth more than US$100 million, in support of Repsol Sinopec Resources UK’s North Sea operations.

Under the contract, Petrofac will continue providing operations and maintenance services for Repsol Sinopec in the UK North Sea.

"Since Petrofac’s initial appointment by Repsol Sinopec in 2016, the scope of work has grown steadily. Notably, Repsol Sinopec awarded an additional six North Sea assets to Petrofac in 2020, a demonstration of continued confidence in delivery," Petrofac said.

According to Petrofac, the contract supports more than 300 jobs across a range of assets, including Arbroath, Auk, Bleo Holm, Claymore, Clyde, Fulmar, Montrose, Piper, Saltire, and Tartan assets in the North Sea.

ADNOC Gas plc has awarded a $615 million (AED 2.26 billion) engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) contract to Petrofac Emirates LLC for the construction of carbon capture units, pipeline infrastructure, and a network of wells for carbon dioxide injection at the Habshan gas processing plant, as part of Abu Dhabi National Oil Company’s (ADNOC) accelerated decarbonization plan.

No it’s not but they will probably be putting it back in - all electronic transfers. They also reported that deposits have increased even taking into account what happened last week. The deal averted a bank run…..lesson learned from 2008 the quicker you fix the better it is!
