Good point re share buy back. Thats always a good option as has positive tax implications for some investors.

A dividend is taxable. Share buy back would basically increase the value of the share. If held in a tax free wrapper the gain would be tax free therefore once share sold. But I am not a tax advisor !

You ask what are they to do with it.. they did mention possibly paying a dividend. So assuming the high figure of £12m cash in 2026 with 16m shares in float thats a dividend of circa 75p which is good news. It must be noted that this would be a one off dividend as cash would have to re accumulate. Also I they would need working capital so the likelihood is lesser payment of 50p dividend. Alternative is hold the cash for acquisitions and R and D which is my preference.

We will also need funds to release ourselves from AIM for the NYSE float.

Lokiloo I agree, hence why they are looking at a US listing although they did intimate it would be 12-18 months assuming no bid is in the offing for this to happen.

I think Lookiloo is only suggesting what we are all thinking. I would be very surprised if the Board haven’t had a number of approaches over the last 18 months. Either by JV offers or full buy outs. They will clearly not entertain offers which do not value an upside going forward and create serious improvement in share price even from this point going forward. As we know as this is such a tightly held share any paltry offer would just get the cold shoulder.

I personally think they could be in preliminary discussions after all it’s deafening not hearing or knowing Tobins strategy now who has gone eerily quiet. Maybe that’s why.

Me too, and as you know me I keep quiet on these boards. Looks like we are having a great run on both of these. I am not accumulating EUA anymore as doubled up at 4p so happy to see this pan out. I bought more when Trump won the election. Love him or hate him he gets things done.

Its only a matter of time and a short one before these get to fair value.

Clear games going on as my Buy has just come up as a "Sell".

Market makers can manipulate the price/market of stock through what is called front running ie stop loss hunting and share price spreads.

Yes there are regulators that try to prevent extremes of this sort of behaviour but it is common and widespread amongst the various MM that run the stock.

In laymans terms it is the artificial inflation or deflation of a stock. Often this is done to either order fill or alternatively create a market for a sale.

I think its been done today hence why I have bought. Whilst I used to work in a Stockbroking firm in 1987 things do change as how the system is today and my knowledge may be a little dated.

I do tend to stay quiet Big Show on here and many of my other stock holdings.

With Boom I saw many friends and associates make good money on the last rise. I too did well albeit sold a big tranche at £9 only to get my leg pulled for bailing too early. But nobody went bankrupt making a profit right?

So an exit point for me is a sticking point as I first came accross Play Jam and Audioboo in the early days and have held my position since apart from my small sale.

I invested when Rob Proctor got involved so having held this long makes me definitely want to be holding for the end game either a NYSE list or a Takeover. I think a merger and acquisition is unlikely as previous failures at this have shown.

So to answer your question I will reduce slightly around £12.70 if it gets there and hold the rest.

It’s been a very long journey on this share but the position it is in now is way stronger than the pipe dream it was selling at £22.

I will happily have a private conversation (off this LSE platform)with anyone concerning share holdings and how and why I got into Boom just after it was floated and my reasons for holding and accumulating stock. My average I think I mentioned a while ago was about £3.40 but I was buying and recommending these as a buy when they were down at the £2 mark when TBH there was hardly anyone on here apart from me and A Marsh another long term holder.
