It’s been down to costs and the burden of regulations. A listing on Nasdaq will swallow up 100% of Booms annual profitability although they are sitting on cash and have a number of wealthy backers (Candy et al) who could easily loan Boom the money to list in lieu of shares. Boom ticks all
the boxes re Market Cap, shares listed, bid price etc it does need to have more Market Makers.
It’s what I would do for sure and it may have always been their medium term plan following the Adelicious acquisition. The price is suffering as we know due to uncertainty and the market does not like that. I think an RNS is just round the corner but that’s my opinion and could easily but wrong.
