Interesting that we are SO close this week to trading at the opportunist offer Aaqua put in of £12 as part of a share offer. Thankfully rejected we are now at this for cash.
I guess AAqua were they to re offer would now have to contemplate £15. That said I think others may be sniffing. Tobin and candy buying more is surely on insight to the results and possible suitors.

I have had a number of shares in this predicament most of my money along these lines was in Concha. Disaster that was. They just decided or should I say He, Akers decided not to relust in the timeframe so went private with all investors money.
RC are on a timeline to announce a deal. No deal 2 options. Delist. Or realist. I think the latter. They will come back on at a price the market sees fit. Probably at a figure pre any previous deal announcements and wait again to start the RTO process.

Maybe they are selling as its got everything but Diamonds.. there’s always time..!

To be fair it’s only River Otters opinion so let him have his say. He has done some excellent research in the past I have enjoyed reading . Although some of it I doubt or don’t want to hear listening to the flip side is important to avoid a rose tinted glasses scenario.

This is their biggest news to date by a long way. Not only does it create a whole new market it also brings into play the prospect of so much more ad revenue. Plus if people are sniffing around they are now buying a company with huge partners. I agree Boom should surely get a broker rating without takeover of £12-15.

When a private individual (s) like Jeremy and Donna Fenn buy £2.7m worth of shares as stated today that’s a huge buy signal. Jeremy Fenn ain’t daft. BUY or HOLD.

Lots to read there. Majority shareholders approving the deal. Inc AAA shares value achieved £12. They anticipate an uptick in price of the Newco when relished on AIM with them prepared to listen to any alternative cash offers only above £25.

My point is for many shareholders this has been a dreadful experience. The share is no more value in £ share price than 6 years ago.

I had 10 million of these from the EVRH days. Watched them throughout and sad to see the share price is now back to my initial entry price all those years ago. Does anyone remember those days with the RTO and the promises and deals? What a sorry state to see it now. To be fair when I saw AM S first interview going in about Ibiza Rocks I was not impressed but was happy to ride the gravy train. I totally get why the share is sub 2p now and yet the opportunity during COVID for appealing to the masses through personal channels seems missed. I only hope for everyone the Somehow rollercoaster ride comes good.

Agree Phil, I shows how progressive they are and pushing forward not waiting for an offer. Their motto is “if you don’t buy me for fair value we will beat you at your own game, you missed the chance”

I bet when they were down at £1.65 last year and a buy out proposal came in at £7 we would all have said yes. Not a chance now.

Could they sell the Adrip concept to competitors? Or would this be counter productive I wonder.

Where did these shares come from?! So little liquidity in this if someone bought so many thought yesterday’s rise should be greater. Oh how we have moved forward from 3 years ago. Come on Boom!
