I'm not the most experienced of investors but you have the calculation correct (1000/2*3*0.7=�1050). The share price will be diluted by the new shares although I'm not sure where you're getting the 30% from. Aside from doing nothing and having your shares diluted or investing �1050 in the new shares...........you can sell the the rights, they have a value and you certainly should take a look at this option.....far better than doing nothing.

Interesting view, totally contrary to what a lot of people here think but I hope you are right. I really don't expect �4 by year end. I will get out way before that and possibly buy back at a lower price.

I hope so, there are some views to the contrary but I suppose we are all speculating and we'll have to see what happens!
