FreidasBoss: I totally agree, forget about the fakes and shorters and those with mad opinions. Surely people only use it here to help inform their actions and figuratively filter out the dross....but it could be so much better if a level of civility was present. Not saying this should be a happy clappy place but one where robust debate can take place!

I oscillate between thinking he's genuine and a fake (think he might have shuffled off by now) but I kinda like him on this BB. Sure people have greater losses here but Dogger is consistent at least and garners a fair deal of support and sympathy even with some pathetic posts and there are some fairly horrible people here but some nice, supportive people also. So I'm trying to say that Dogger is an enigma!

alwayswrong: Totally correct. I am learning to take a profit although I have lost out on subsequent gains as a result. It's almost impossible to call the bottom but if you take a bit of profit, it might allow you to take a more relaxed view if you buy in again. One thing is for sure, nobody gets all their decisions right and in fact, we all get a good few wrong. The trick is to have more good decisions than bad. Also there are very much risk & reward shares that you have to hold your nerve with!

Beevorma: I'm no investment guru, far from it! But I'm trying to widen the breadth of shares I hold, range of companies, sectors, yield as well as growth etc. It's easy to be attracted to these floundering shares where there is a huge potential upside and when the absolute bottom seems to have been hit, they fall further!

squadraazzura: Do you know when this trading update is due to be issued?

If Dogger is for real and he has claimed to be, he needs to get out of share trading as he's clearly not able to role with the punches. I think Tyla is well out of order with his comments, even if Dogger is spoofing, his comments are nasty cos we simply don't know. Like some others here, I find Dogger to be a bit irrational. Hopefully, the SP will get a good bounce soon and we will all have to hold or sell and Dogger will have no excuse, he has been advised to set a target and sell once this is reached!

BIGBangs: Haha no probs mate, just that there is quite an amount of drivel posted here and I'm not a frequent nor knowledgeable enough investor to sometimes know the what is truthful and what is nonsense. In any case, I was only casting aspersions on what you thought was your low 60s SP....the rest of your post was was interesting and informative!

BIGBangs: That's a very interesting position but when was the SP in the low 60s? I don't believe it has been so one would have to question the veracity of your post.
