Would it be too much to hope to see the first effects of the AWS collaboration on revenue too?

Assigned forward value multiples was a point I made a while back and it went without comment.
We are disparate in so much that I feel the market finds it difficult to award us a high multiple due to our diversity of product/revenue type.

We went up 25% in last two weeks.

This board is currently balanced and reasoned at the moment IMO.Most posters have been here for a considerable amount of time and are well versed with NANO history and there is little ramping or deramping..

Rest assured as the case looms closer we will be inundated with 1 post wonders ramping the hell out of it or warning us of impending doom.

Hi Ian....Samsung are not denying the use of our tech at least I have never seen a statement from them to that effect.

The fact that their only defence is in challenging the legitimacy of the patent filing speaks volumes.

I think we are in the boss seat but it's not a certainty by any stretch.

Tell me what has changed since then? We’ve cut costs, finalising integration,reduced debt, reinstated dividend and entered into collaborations with AWS and Snowflake.
Following pandemic all businesses realise the need for services to update/instigate systemic access to cloud/on line environments.
I’m not going to state my target but it is substantially higher than 10 quid.

Hawi....yes agree.If Markman truly favoured us then Samsung might make a lowball offer sooner than imagined. I noted the word ‘wilful’ was used in the RNS and also that the settlement would be ‘substantial’.

Sounds like Markman may have been favourable toward us.

Timing of court case and IPR could be crucial.

A legal regulated framework is exactly where we want to be operating.
