Agreed, no one knows what conversations are being conducted in the background and a settlement out of the blue(however unlikely that MAY appear) would blow the SP out of the water.
I’m not prepared to risk being out for that possibility and am more than happy to wait for the PTAB decision which will pretty much decide the litigation.

Hi Screen, I don’t think anyone here thinks selling is a betrayal. We’re all pretty objective and the board doesn’t have the level of ramping/deramping that characterises so many boards on this site.
You’ve given your reasons for reducing and we all respect that.

Well we reached 30p recently in anticipation of the court case and we were still 4 months away. I was of the mind that we would have risen to 40p by October.
So at 20p now I think you’re looking at 100% gain at PTAB decision anticipation . If PTAB goes our way I’m not sure how much further we could climb pre-trial.
I’ll be adding.

Not to mention our symbiotic relationship with AWS.
That in itself is a massive plus which is yet to be reflected in our value.

We were £10+ pre-pandemic and are now in a much stronger position for many reasons now compared to then and yet our SP has not recovered to where it should be.
I agree we should be at 3x what we’re at now.

With private equity predators stalking UK companies and our low, low PE ratio and high FCF, I fear a takeover bid sub £10.
