'gold stolen by helicopter gunships'.......hahahaha....that's the looniest yet.
Doesn’t matter if they partook or not. If there are more shares in issue then their holding becomes a slightly smaller slice of the pie.
Not sure if the percentages bear this out, not even sure if the placing shares have been issued yet and further, I can’t be ar*ed to work it out or check.
Weather is just too nice and I’m on vacation all next week.
Hawi….I was there a couple of weeks ago.
Drove round the enterprise park a couple of times…couldn’t find them!! I assume they are located within the large central facility which houses multiple companies??
Next time I’m in Runcorn and have the time I resolve to find them!
Can you imagine being locked out of an overnight multi-bagger because you’re p*ssing around trying to tweak a few percent on your holdings.
I’ve been here a long long time and not sold a single share. I always believed in the Samsung story and the damage they did to us.I have my own target and until it’s met I’m holding firm.
I think £400m cash in hand would be accepted.Cash in hand being the key phrase. Yes I’m sure that’s much less than we could be deservedly awarded in Texas but it’s the timeline for me.(Don’t want to be chasing payment for the next god knows how long.)
That’s still triple the MCAP and no reason to stop buying.
It’s going to be an exciting next 6 months for sure whichever way the cards fall.
Loving that our judge is called Rodney…this time next year Rodders…
"We were ready and confident to go to trial in September 2021. We won all 47 of our claims examined by the Patent Trial and Appeal Board in May 2022. This settled the issue of validity emphatically in Nanoco's favour. So we are ready and even more confident to go to trial in September 2022.
"The trial can now focus on the issue of Samsung's alleged wilful infringement and the appropriate level of damages. We remain convinced of the strength of our case and that a favourable trial outcome will deliver a substantial inflection point for Nanoco's prospects and shareholder value."
I don’t think this will reach trial.Brian has spoken of ‘multiples’ of the current SP.I reckon £400m offer would do it.
