Any major issue of shares would require shareholder approval, but as the main shareholders are also the debt holders and the main buyers of new shares (either with cash or switching from debt) the Company will be able to issue as many as it (and the debt holders) like. Can't see any new investors taking any though!

Indeed. I'm fine, but TBH, talk on the Board tends to be a little more short-term and trading-like than my own approach and hence I don't feel I have too much to offer ;-))
