But as to the estimated $450 million funding of the development (based on SOLG's $3 billion total), they have not indicated anywhere that they have done anything towards that...instead their Financial Statements and Reports make bland inferences that they will have no difficulty raising the money...

The recent $7.7 million is for operating costs and drilling other prospects...
