JSP, Governments have thrown tens of billions at the Pharma's developing vaccines. They were always going to jump the cue and have a speedy route though regulatory bodies.

Synairgen raised £14 for the phase 2 and another £80 odd million for the phase 3 from the private sector with no government support. Where I feel the company has been let down in the process is not being included on the Recovery trial immediately after the phase 2 results but I suspect this was probably Synairgen's decision as it may have impacted the companies future strategy/sale of the business.

pmjh, At the time there was plenty of speculation that Venrock bought in with a view to helping a US pharma in a takeover bid. Perhaps once they realised that there was no deal they dumped the stock.

Pretty sure Mondays late pump and the high volume yesterday and again today was order filling. We saw the large trades that went through this morning £1m and £428k. That is the first £1m trade that has been printed since 2nd November.

What I would love to know if who funded the placement. I think this will be revealed once we find out about the partner that has been mentioned of RM.

I have seen TR1's issued over a month after the transaction in other shares I hold. I think the level of enforcement around TR1'a on Aim are pretty low.

Yes vaccines cause all kind of mild symptoms. My kids had their flu vaccine in September and both had a runny nose etc afterwards. No big deal.

The big deal here is the MHRA have approved a vaccine and then 1 day after it has started being used the MHRA come out and say that people with severe allergies don't take the vaccine. That is just poor on their behalf and should not happen. It undermines peoples trust, the one thing at the moment that we all need badly, is trust in vaccination.

Too many things unanswered yet MHRA approves and starts by injecting people outside the upper age limit that were in the trail. Absolute disgrace.

Polar have approx 7.5%so think that number is bit low.

DGR, My grandfather was from Devon and went to Oz as a £10 pom after the war. Ended up in a town called Hillston which is the 'arse end of nowhere as well', a bloody hot, dusty, snake and fly infested part of the world. Pretty sure they wanted their £10 back!

Small volume compared to yesterday. We had done over 1.5m shares before 9am and today barely 500k. Tiny trades (less than 500 shares) keeping the price subdued.

great post @bdcarr. I have said this before but Phase 2 and 3 done in 12 months is some feat. If the share price was still at 175 no one would be questioning the timeline. It has only been 5 weeks since the general meeting where the final fundraise amounts got approved.

There is a saying we use in Australia called the back of beyond. This place is 'beyond' the back of beyond. Your suggestion is just not feasible for a small explorer. Pretty sure results need to be verified by an independent lab in any case.

The media are being very economical with the truth it seems. I just heard on the radio as well that apparently it works well in over 55’s despite this report saying their is not enough data to determine this yet.

Oak. Those are all trades printed today so no backlog. I expect there will be a lot of late reported trades tomorrow from today. There is certainly no way that PI's are soaking up all these trades and if it was a pump and dump we would have soon dropped back to the 70's.

Oak, I don't think it was. Volume today has been 5m shares. The last time we had that kind of volume was 16th Nov (vaccine announcement day). The 13th Nov was Lancet day and we did a volume over 11m shares.

If it was P&D there is no way we do 5m shares today. Someone/shorters have been offloading all day at round 90p but they are just being bought up. Something going on in background IMO

Lurker, It is basically links to interviews, articles etc related to the company and is a wealth of information. Start by watching any of Richard Marsdens interviews and you should get a good feel for what they are trying to do.

Mumbo, No I haven't because I have no need to and would rather they got on with the job of getting phase 3 started. Who knows where he is telling the truth or not. TBH that is not really my concern. I base my investment on the facts and those can all be found in the RNS's that are released by the company.
