So imagine you had a drug that could get hospitalised patients recovered 2 to 3 times quicker than current treatments and help reduce the overloading of the NHS.......... Surely someone, somewhere in the MHRA will dust off the Lancet publication from November, actually use their brain and read it and think hang on a minute seems like we are now in an emergency ( there are no more tiers left so you’d think so!!), maybe we can now roll out that funny old drug from Southampton.

If SNG001 can’t get EUA now it never will!

...... And the trials are also run at specialised trial sites within existing hospital settings.

Org, Sorry I missed this post. Orders of these sizes are worked over a number of days probably the last few sessions. They were just printed today. The price is up approx 20p over the last 3 sessions so this would indicate they were buys. If it was a sell you would expect the price to be lower but there is no way of knowing for sure.

Yes I subscribe. I rarely read the articles they produce but the financials/analytics are good and has helped me to pick some winners. It does provide a good summary of all aspects of a company. Think they do a free trial so no skin lost if you don’t like it.

No one really knows for sure but previous trials, including COPD in 2019 have rns’d a first dosing of patients. They have not however stated a date when first dosing has occurred just that it has happened. I suspect there is some lag on when it happens to when it is RNS’d but that is only my opinion.

But really what does it matter. We all know it is starting in the near term and there are no shortage of patients unfortunately and the UK and US have both designated this as high priority so the trial will happen at pace. The other great advantage to filling the places quickly is that the drug has outstanding P2 data that should convince potential patients that the trial is worth signing up to.

Spinnaker, The trial sites are specifically set up to run the trials within existing hospital settings and appropriate staffing. It is not the local A&E where these trials are occurring. The main issue is convincing people to join the trials, particularly the elderly, as there is obviously 50% chance of getting the placebo.

TL, The share is trading in exactly the same range as yesterday so the azn news today has had no impact on the price. The mm's tried a little shake this morning but it last all of 5 minutes. It seems like order filling around the 140 mark happening at the moment.

Average pharma premium for buyout is 75-100%.

Millie, They will continue on the path they had prior to covid. COPD phase 2 virtually complete. P3 COPD next.

I think the low shares in issue will mean there will be a larger rerate than £4. There will be huge demand for shares. £4 per share doesn't even get this to a 1 billion MCAP. Based on the global scale of COVID, the horrendous economic consequences of what has happened over the past 10 months, the easy of use of this drug the company will be easily valued at over £1billion MCAP on successful phase 3.

Back to 30- 50p ish if the p3 fails.

There are a few things that can push this higher over the next 2 months.

• Any kind of RNS around hitting manufacturing targets or actual current stock of the drug.
• Home trial completion. I think people will jump in, in anticipation of the results not wanting to miss another 20th July type share price movement.
• Any positive Phase 3 updates. Self explanatory!

Always remember there are only 200m shares in issue. A small amount for a company with so much potential in the current climate. Any positive news will provide rapid upside movement.
