It took 7 weeks from P2 trial completion until 20th July RNS data readout. The analysis will be weeks not days.

Not that I think it makes any difference to the future demand for SNG001 but there are plenty of stats out there over vaccine uptake in the US. It would be naive to think that these attitudes will suddenly change, particularly in the view that parts of society see these vaccines as being rushed out.

Part of the company fundraise (£30 million odd) is to scale up drug production to 100,000 doses per month for 2021. The CEO has stated in interview that the price is to be around the £3k per dose, comparable to remdesivir and he indicated sales will be direct to governments. To invest £30 million in drug production there must be some guarantees from the governments that the SNG team have been dealing with that the stock will be be bought up. If you delve into those numbers it potentially turns into very large revenue for the company in 2021.

Licensing and partnering with big big pharma has also been discussed by the CEO and they do have a consultant on board helping with these future plans, but the CEO has stressed this will be related to SNG001 use in other ailments such as COPD. In the CEO’s own words...... you don’t need a large team of sales reps when selling direct to governments so the presumption is the COVID business will be undertaken by SNG directly.

To be honest Tom I’m not really sure what your asking. Plenty of times good news is met by a drop in share price or no movement at all as I am sure you will be fully aware. It happened many times after Newcrest updates. A prediction of 15/20% or 100% is meaningless really.

The market will decide and will eventually catch up to true value.

It's not a bad thing for the SP cool off for a period waiting for news. We had a long run in the low 20's between sept and November and everyone remembers the the 12p doldrums.

Detail on adverse events are in the peer review paper in the Lancet results section.

" The most frequently reported treatment- emergent adverse event was headache, which was reported in seven (15%) patients in the SNG001 group and five (10%) patients in the placebo group (appendix p 6). Fewer patients had serious adverse events in the SNG001 group than in the placebo group (seven [15%] vs 14 [28%]). "

However the team at Synairgen should be able to outline any side effects from both treatment or placebo for you. It is best you get this information from them rather than here.

The reason - to bring in a person with the required experience in taking the company to the next level. The credentials of the new CEO look exactly like what this company needs IMO. Exciting times for 2021.

Anyway this silver bullet that we've all been promised will continue to be required "well into the future" according to Handjob's comments...... and if vaccines are needed then so will SNG.

Revaccination could be needed every six months, says Matt Han****
Health Secretary Matt Han**** says Covid vaccinations will continue "long into the future" - comparing it to the annual flu jab.

Speaking at the Health and Social Care Committee, he says: "There's absolutely no doubt that vaccines and testing will still be a feature next year."

He says the testing will take the form of surveillance testing, to find out where the vaccine is in the UK, as well as testing people who have symptoms.

He adds: "On the vaccine, I anticipate that we will probably need to revaccinate. Because we don't know the longevity of the protection from these vaccines.

"It might need to be every six months, it might need to be every year. I anticipate covid and flu vaccinations long into the future."

That stage of disease is most likely too late for interferon in any case. Great that there are more treatment options now available. Still would prefer my chances early doors on SNG001!
