Let me clarify, I don’t want to have a reduced share holding which could drastically affect me, not knowing it may never recover

It’s my opinion as posted, pi’s greatly reduced as they have sold or reduced as many posters here have said and are still saying, also many that were great vocalists here are no more

What I’ve posted is how I see it, you’ve posted what you believe to be true, I’m not against anyone voting No, it’s their choice

I’m not trying to convince anyone to vote in anyway shape or form, my post is my opinion only, it defies belief no counter bid will come, but we have to wait and see

The market is not stupid and they know what is there better than us, they know Ecuador government better than us, so if no bid comes then that in it’s self is a warning

There is a lot of pi’s who have sold up or reduced their exposure, so pi’s strength in opposition is greatly reduced, our voices will be drowned out, court rules on facts not share holder value or feelings

We are bystanders now that’s my opinion to this scenario, it would seem absolutely crazy no counter bid would come but we can only hope.

Never again will I hold shares except for day trading, once you’ve been right royally fked that’s my feeling, I won’t be again

You say should bid be rejected you would like to see a new executive board elected, really? You mean a new board which automatically gives more shares as incentives, maybe better wages because of a failed sale?

Your first few sentences mirror what I have said in earlier posts, what you are not explaining is why would no other bid be incoming? You say a big revaluation downward would happen, exactly what I have said, you then say you would be happy to hold knowing you still have all the assets

But why would no other suitors make an offer, is there underlying problems? Would Solgold still be able to carry on, would the Franco deal still be on the table?

In my opinion, we are seeing a fire sale for reasons unknown, if no one counters JCC bid then we could be in a deep hole, I would rather have 28p than a derisory 10p

I want what everyone here wants, a fair price but it’s not up to us is it, market will decide to counter this bid or not, if not I want the 28p

If it’s worth more then it would not get too court, it would be bid for by others before then, why would they risk losing out? Accept 28p guarantees you a payout imo

I believe you mean vote yes to accept the 28p bid, as you say, this would be a certain payout as opposed to a no deal and maybe a harsh retrace. If Solgold are what we all believe it to be, a great tier1 with many tenements then it should and will attract other suitors, especially as Rod pointed out, a more secure Ecuador for miners

Everything you quote is nonsense, you are not wise as a investor, you hold onto certain theories that hold no water, you could learn a lot by shutting up and reading what is written by others

You consistently demand others to justify their theories, yet yours never does, you are still a ignorant, arrogant and pompous person imo

It’s a geopolitical game here imo, not just Solgold and all its tenements, it’s a major foothold into Ecuador

South America is the game being played for, this alone should add great value to us, can only wait and see

Let’s just say they are abiding by the agreement at the moment, not knowing all the facts in fine detail remains a funny situation. Maybe they are just waiting for someone to make a move, this then remove the shackles, it does seem exceedingly stupid to hold for so long and then lose out financially regarding what they paid, then to sit back on a tier1 as if it means nothing.

Agatha Christie is needed here, well someone like her as she has passed on, so will we if this drags on much more
