That is not correct, a superior bid can come just before the final court sitting, Solgold board has to look at this bid and accept it if this is a superior bid and would benefit shareholders, it is a legal requirement

You can still trade shares in Solgold after February the 23rd, you are giving false information, read up on this matter and apologise to those you have confused and given bad advice

Anyone here can type in the legal and last moment a counter bid can be made for Solgold under the S.o.A

So was this so called info directly posted to you only, or was it posted to the solgsmallholders board so all could see and validate your post?

Be interested to see the results of this board, but then some may back you up to show support, you could cost people money by that post, maybe false hope which is not good

My last post on this, first court as you say is the S.o.A , correct, it’s to show all documentation is correct for the process to proceed

The second court case is to validate the percentages for or against the bid, once this is agreed by all it is finalised.

No other bid can be made after this judgement, as I have been saying.

Bids can come in after the first court case as this is just part of the process leading to the final sitting, whatever happens at this sitting is final, which is what I have been saying

You are talking now about the approval of the S.o.A court case, which is the approval of the scheme with all regulatory paperwork is in order.

I believe you confused what I was saying regarding the bid, a counter bid can come up to this moment but before the sitting of this court, definitely not after court approved bid, just to clarify my point on your earlier post

PS is more than capable to answer for himself, he doesn’t have to do anything at all, it was just a good way to validate your actions after being a poster who was highly convinced it would do well

As for my hold opinion, it is just that, an opinion. You don’t have an opinion so why does it matter to you?

I have on many occasions posted a buy intention here, with the money I will spend minutes before I do, it was just to validate what I was saying at the time

Could you post your amount of shares you are going to sell a few minutes before you do, it then backs up what you have said

Many have posted amounts bought and sold prior to the action taken, it validates people who do what they say, if that’s ok with you
