Cobus Loots, CEO of Pan African Resources, on delivering sector-leading returns for shareholders. Watch the video here.
RY: 'we're going to build a road'.
'that we have compiled'. - From the interview.
Wow - didn't see this coming!
Pathetic in the extreme. Cutting off all 'high level contact with Russia'. Embarrassing petulance. She should be increasing communication, invite Putin for dinner and talk. The UK is not exactly pure as the driven so they should get on well.
Well we've heard nothing as positive as this in recent RNSs. If the article is accurate Robin would have been shouting this from the rooftops. There's been loads of talk about how the Russians are cooperating and want AMC to succeed but nothing concrete as yet.
But from what RY has told the market, the forecasts made in the article are now incorrect
Yup
Looks fake
Oh I agree Mike. All explorers by definition have to be bullish. They're salesmen. I just sensed a confidence in the piece that was encouraging. He's clearly frustrated that a buyer hasn't come forward before now though. As for delays in the PFS etc I'm not too worried. We see delays everywhere I'm afraid. Projects over budget, and past their deadline are commonplace. Am reminded of A.A. Milne: 'Rivers know there is no hurry. We shall get there some day.'
'Young expects an independently audited pre-feasibility study to be in place by the end of the second quarter of this year, with some of the work likely to be at full-feasibility standard.' What is the last bit suggesting? That we don't need a full DFS if some of the PFS is at full feasibility standard? I found it an ecouraging read. He's certainly gone down the battery route in a big way. Athough RY would love a buyout he seems bullish about going it alone of needed.
Thanks for this. Very encouraging!
I've noticed RY has taken to using this phrase in recent months. Can't say I like the doubt involved in such words.
Let's hope so. I don't like being misled. You're right to call them a lender. The RNS calls them an investor which is disengenious. Also AMC knows full well they're unlikely to meet repayments so why not be more transparent?
I can't see how these will be possible so the conversion to cheap shares is surely the unwelcome plan. Very disappointed by the dreadful interviews with PG . They are merely ramping platforms lacking in integrity, honesty and any depth whatsoever.
'The combination of Horizonte's 100% owned Araguaia and Vermelho nickel projects creates one of the leading nickel development companies globally;' Horizonte CEO Jeremy Martin said, "I am delighted to announce the acquisition of Vermelho which transforms Horizonte into a multi-asset company bringing together two large, advanced nickel assets located in an established mining region in the Para State northern, Brazil. The Vermelho project also contains a large cobalt resource which Vale planned to process alongside the nickel, which gives Horizonte exposure to an additional commodity stream, in light of the growing interest in both cobalt and nickel for use in the Electric Vehicle battery market."
Barclays: 'unfortunately we do not conduct face to face meetings'. Risible.
My email requested a meeting with my broker (Barclays) and I suggested I move my money elsewhere. The divi then appeared the next day. I received no reply. It took 10 working days from the 22nd to receive the money. Tax not deducted. Today was the day for another dividend to be paid. Now the t&c say the dividends will be paid 'within 5 days of that date'. It's come immediately.Tax deducted.
You're spot on Daytradenovice. Got the divi today after quite an assertive email....
Thanks to both. I'm with Barclays. Still not received it. Very hard to communicate with them .Put on hold, silly music etc. Pretty mad. So amateurish.
Due on 22nd Sept. Still not received mine. Should take 5 days from that date. Anyone else?
