He's full of excuses and no solutions..

imo petrovis should appoint a talented mongolian citizen to run this company.. someone who can speak english and honest .

mb is old and done . no energy . he simply doesn't give a ****..

if he did he would be active.

There are plenty of other young CEOs who can easily replace MB.

There are plenty of western companies which operate in Mongolia have good management who are active .

MB doesn't even have the energy to stay in Mongolia and be active.

He needs to study how Mongolia operates.

By now he would've had and answer for PC regarding the tax law. How hard is it to get expert advise .

MB is dragging this along as he will soon retire..

I can guarantee this company can be managed with half the money with common sense management..

Majority of the money does disappear in wages and we have no accountability..

The shareholders can't even attend the meeting in person as it's kept in Mongolia.

I think all dead wood needs to go. Management can't even turn up to an AGM which takes place once a year.

This company doesn't need wage bill of 2m a year to run a company which only operates 3 months a year
