Hamm majority of the oil wells in the six fields are drilled 200m apart.

The real problem started because he was stupid enough to drill without permission..that was the mistake that has cost us time and money ..

4m is peanuts for petrovis to lend PM. Why would they want their holdings to be diluted by 20%.
