MRPAM APPROVES THE 2022 ANNUAL PLAN OF PETROCHINE DACHIN TAMSAG LLC.
Today, MRPAM hosted the 2022 annual meeting of PetroChina Daqing Tamsag LLC, a Chinese-invested oil exploration and production company that has signed a Production Sharing Agreement with the Government of Mongolia.
In his speech at the meeting, L.Bayarmandal, Head of MRPAM, said that the new management coincides with the new appointments and the recovery of production after the pandemic. These include:
- Prioritize environmental issues, approve environmental management plans, conclude water use agreements, improve water use, and introduce low-consumption technologies
-Solve workers' social issues
- Fully implement the agreement to support local development, increase the working and rest period of employees to 14 days in accordance with the revised Labor Law, and increase the salaries and bonuses of Mongolian workers
- Accelerate the renewal of PSAs in accordance with the Petroleum Law
- To commission 58.5 km of Buir paved road by 2022
- Introduce the draft amendments to the Mineral Resources Development Plan to the Petroleum Professional Council of MRPAM and discuss and approve them with the Minerals Professional Council
The company's PSCs discussed the work to be done in the fields in 2021, as well as the challenges, and approved the work program to be done in 2022.
By the way, two representatives of MRPAM were fired from the contract area of ??the company and S.Khurelbaatar was appointed as a representative of the 19th site of the PSC.

Why dream about exploration and renewable when you can't complete a simple task of getting a rig.
Simple business is spend the right money to make money.
Not look for discounts and waste time.
10mill is lot of money if the well is costing less than 2 mill.

Besides MATD other companies have got rigs and work programmes ready to go.
MATD has just been chasing a company that has other interest across the boundary so why would they give MATD priority.
I think MB has messed up by not looking elsewhere.
It's got nothing to do with getting crew.Mongolia has open the borders.
MATD just has relaxed management who haven't worked since 2019..

Let's hope they feel guilty and start doing some work.

It's been 9 months since the raise. Nothing has changed.
No signed deal with PC about using their facilities
No permit to drill the other wells
No rig confirmation
No JV partners signed up.

I can't see all of a sudden things changing.
MATD management has become comfortable with the Mongolian take it easy slug pace movement in everything they do.

3p by tomorrow nevermind April.i bet someone is going to come up with 10p by April.

Look at the bloody chart . It's a down trend until we get solid confirmation.

I agree with hamm . I don't understand why people think comments on here will bring SP down.
People were ramping 10p by April and 20p by April.
STOP kidding yourselves. MB needs to do plenty of ground work before he can bring oil out and he is personally a failure .

MB has had few years to sort the permits out but still not there.
His biggest failure is relying on 1 company to do the drilling when he was clearly told they are busy .
How can you run a business by just sticking to 1 supplier , plan b is a must in any business.

We are in the dark with no clear dates or work programmes and it's almost April.
Fk knows where people are getting this positive vibe from when the market has clearly shown what MATD is worth with up to date information.

I do hope MB wakes up and get things moving before he wastes another year.

What's the admin cost for MATD at the moment. Are they still going to stick to their pay cut salary till they start making money.
I would say they shouldn't anything more until they start performing and start making money.

I am sure the contractor must have a different crew for putting well to production .

While they are drilling for PC the testing crew and development crew can just put heron on production.
Surely PC won't need the testing crew form day one of drilling campaign

One thing is clear that MB is just full of hot air and a complete incompetent.

Just when sp was climbing he opens his mouth and the RNS just doesn't give investors any confidence.

On Tuesday there were some good questions on zoom but non of them were answered. He got away very lightly .

Only thing stopping this is MBs management skills.
Why stick to 1 drilling company .

Been here 4 years what's another 2 years waiting here.

What is don't understand is they have been talking for months about work schedule.
MB could've contacted other companies and at least kept them in the loop as a plan B.
You can't just rely on one company who can't give you a straight answer just weeks before drilling season is meant to start.
Surely a business man has to have plan B and C just incase.

I don't understand is how are other companies in mongolia able to organise rigs for their work considering they are new in mongolia.
MATD Is like a dinosaur in mongolia . They should have lot more contacts to get work done. If one company is busy you start looking at other companies to do the work..

He has a script that he talks about every time he is on.
We would like to do this and do that is he's favorite word . Nothing concrete and we are Still where we were a year ago.
Sadly Nothing new came out of that .
I can't believe he is still talking to this company and talking to that company with Nothing solid.

Sadly with MATD it's the case of "all the gear but no idea"
Elixir has managed to do drilling last year and this year . No excuses there.
How do they get the right drilling crew.

It just doesn't help the management is just plodding along .
