I don't understand why they haven't resolved this. It's been years. Went to court and had a tiff with the local governor ..
By now all paperwork should be in hand and ready to for spring drilling season.
Let's hope it's all GOOD TO GO and not be pushed back till next year.

It looks very similar to GDRs POC .
They sold quite a lot just in the US.
