Think of all the revenue lost for a full year. Few million pounds loss to PM and te government.
It should have been given green light a year ago and sort the paperwork out at te same time as making money.
It could have built a village with the revenue missed

It's basically drained PM out of all the money.

And now waiting to get some more paperwork.

Say if we get te EL in July. How. Long does it take to setup te pump system to extract the oil. Is it months or weeks.

Nothing ever goes smooth with petro matad. It's always the case of something goes wrong somewhere and gives stressful time to Share holders.

Why can't They just say get on with the organising your drilling plan for 2021 and we should have the paperwork ready.

If it's a guaranteed Licence, Matd should be able to at least get the crew ready and start work on it while paperwork is being sorted.

Its obvious paperwork can't be resolved in a week. Not in Mongolia
