I recon enki it will be potentially partially stayed maybe, but a settlement is concluded soon. And if not stayed they will be bricking it for the substantial legal bill they face and come to the table much sooner.

And since then the claim had been broadened and not "abandoned" for up to $4.2m into court action.

The other thing to consider if the BoD didn't believe they had a strong hand and current cash flow were a big issue why didn't they raise far above 0.2p?

Not to mention the court procedure has the benefit of public optics so some of the defendants might not want their dirty laundry out there so to speak.

Either way depending on the stay application today it's just to determine where the case procedure will continue. Court or Arbitration... The case will continue. Preferably the stay application isn't granted and puts more pressure on the defendants to settle rather than run up unfavourable rullings and legal costs.
